SC upholds constitutional validity of Aadhaar, but with conditions

The Supreme Court has conditionally upheld the validity of Aadhaar. Here are the main points of the majority judgement on the Aadhaar case that is being read out in Supreme Court by Justice Sikhri:
  • Justice Sikhri has conditionally upheld the constitutional validity of Aadhaar.
